Data collected

Email address, uploaded PDF documents (depending on the property type: co-ownership documents, zoning, EPC, technical certificates), order metadata (status, language, property type, plan chosen, timestamp).

Purpose

Documents are used solely to generate your analysis report. They are not used to train AI models: the analysis relies on Anthropic's API, which by default does not use data transmitted via the API to train its models.

Legal basis

The processing of your data (email, documents, order data) is based on the performance of the contract concluded with you at the time of order (art. 6.1.b GDPR): this data is strictly necessary to deliver the report you ordered and paid for. ImmoBFF does not place audience-measurement or advertising cookies and carries out no visitor tracking; payment takes place on Stripe's secure page. No consent banner is therefore required for use of the site.

Retention and deletion

The PDF documents you uploaded, as well as the technical data extracted from them to produce the analysis, are automatically deleted no later than 30 days after upload. The report (synthesis and PDF) remains accessible via your personal link for 12 months from its generation; after that period, its content is in turn deleted. Your email address itself is deleted from our database 12 months after your order is finalized (or, if it was not completed, 12 months after its creation), payment history remains available on our side with our payment provider (Stripe) for our accounting obligations, independently of this deletion.

No user account

ImmoBFF does not create a user account. Access to the report is through a unique, unguessable link sent by email.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your data by writing to Vinois Services SRL's contact address.
